Terms and Conditions bet4bet – Platform Terms of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document. "bet4bet" or "Platform" refers to the website https://bet4bet.best, its subdomains, mobile app, and all services offered under this brand in Brazil. "User", "Player", or "You" refers to the individual who creates and uses an account on bet4bet. "Account" refers to the user profile individually registered on the platform. "Bet" means any financial transaction placed by the User on markets available at bet4bet. "Real Balance" refers to funds deposited directly by the User. "Bonus Balance" refers to credits granted by bet4bet through promotions, subject to specific terms of use and withdrawal conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and other applicable regulations governing online betting and entertainment in Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

To use bet4bet's services, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each CPF may have only one active account on the platform — registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, with pending balances held pending verification. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential and for all activity carried out on your account.

By registering, you confirm that:

• Is at least 18 years of age;
• Is legally residing in Brazil as a Brazilian citizen or a foreign national with regularized residency;
• All information provided during registration is accurate and current;
• Is not on any active self-exclusion list at bet4bet or with other betting operators;
• The funds used for deposits are of lawful origin and belong to you;
• You are not an employee, partner, contractor, or immediate family member of a bet4bet employee.

Bet4bet may request identity verification from the User at any time, through documents such as a national ID (RG), CPF, driver's license (CNH), or a recent proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stated deadline may result in temporary account suspension and a withdrawal block until verification is completed.

Bets at bet4bet are placed on the markets available for each sports or entertainment event, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), volleyball, basketball, MMA/UFC, tennis, and more. Each bet is a contract entered into between the User and bet4bet at the moment the "Confirm Bet" button is clicked, and cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is expressly available for that bet.

Odds available at bet4bet are updated in real time and may change between the moment you select a market and the moment you confirm your bet. bet4bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void bets in the following cases:

• Incorrect odds published due to a technical or human error;
• Suspected manipulation of the event being wagered on;
• Bets that exploit system inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Violation of any rule set out in these Terms and Conditions;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of the bet.

The minimum bet amount at bet4bet is R$ 1.00. The maximum amount per bet varies depending on the market, event, and User profile, and can be checked directly on the bet screen. Combo bets (accumulators) are subject to their own limits, which are displayed when building your bet slip.

Bet4bet offers periodic promotions for new and existing players, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to R$ 500.00, as well as free bets, cashback, guaranteed prize tournaments, and other offers communicated through the platform's official channels. Each promotion has its own specific rules, which take precedence over the general rules in this section in the event of a conflict.

The general rules that apply to all bet4bet bonuses are:

• Bonuses are valid only for Users with a fully verified account who are at least 18 years of age;
• Each promotion is valid for a single account per CPF, address, device, IP address, or household;
• Bonus Balance must be used before Real Balance when placing bets, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;
• The rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount received, on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited;
• Voided, cancelled, or partially cashed-out bets do not count toward the rollover;
• Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the amount resulting from full completion of the rollover is converted into Real Balance and released for withdrawal;
• Bet4bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion with 24 hours' notice published on the site, except in cases of proven fraud where termination may be immediate.

Bet4bet accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Brazil: Pix (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 and the minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. All amounts are processed exclusively in BRL.

Withdrawals at bet4bet may only be made to payment methods and accounts linked to the same CPF as the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. bet4bet may request additional documentation to validate withdrawals above certain amounts or in cases where irregular activity is suspected. The review period in such cases is up to 3 additional business days after all requested documentation has been submitted.

Deposits that remain unused in bets for more than 180 days may be subject to an inactive account maintenance fee, as communicated in advance to the registered email address. bet4bet never charges fees on regular withdrawals made within standard operating limits and conditions.

Bet4bet is committed to responsible gambling and to protecting its users. Betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. The platform provides tools that allow users to manage their gambling behavior independently.

The responsible gambling tools available at bet4bet include:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Bet limit: set a maximum amount you can wager per day, week, or month;
• Temporary self-exclusion: lock access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your bet4bet account. This action cannot be reversed;
• Full history: view all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made in the last 90 days.

Bet4bet processes its users' personal data in strict compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and use of the platform — such as name, CPF, email, phone number, address, and financial information — is used exclusively for operational purposes: user identification, payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and improving the platform experience.

Bet4bet does not sell, rent, or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data sharing occurs only when required to deliver contracted services (such as payment processors Pix, PicPay, Mercado Pago) or when mandated by a competent public authority under applicable law. All data is stored on servers protected by SSL encryption and certified security protocols.

• Access to the data collected about you;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at bet4bet and may result in immediate account closure, withholding of balances pending investigation, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF or in someone else's name;
• Providing false information or falsified documents during registration or verification;
• Participating in any money laundering scheme or depositing funds of illicit origin;
• Attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with the technical operation of the platform;
• Using automated software (bots) to place bets without authorization;
• Exploiting odds errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Participating in or facilitating the manipulation of sports results or any wagered event;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or receiving any form of compensation to place bets;
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or bet4bet employees.

Bet4bet may close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if violations of these Terms are identified. In the event of closure for cause, any bonuses and winnings obtained through irregular means may be withheld. Real deposited funds not used in irregular bets will be returned upon completion of the internal investigation.

Bet4bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the revised version on the site with the date of the latest update. Changes that materially affect users' rights will be communicated at least 30 days in advance to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For issues not resolved internally by bet4bet's support team, users may contact consumer protection bodies available in Brazil, such as PROCON, or seek recourse through the Brazilian court system.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. bet4bet's failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
